Home prices in Broward County remain steady

The median price of a single-family home in Miami-Dade in the month of September was $371,000 and 4370,000 in Broward County. Condo prices are still steady since the median price for a condo unit in September was about $205,799 in Broward and $270,700 in Miami-Dade. The month of October is almost ending and median prices remain steady in the market.
On the other hand, mortgage rates are still looking so attractive to homebuyers.
